Bruins’ Wagner Likely Out For Rest of Postseason

The Boston Bruins are one win away from clinching a spot in the Stanley Cup Finals as they own a 3-0 series lead over the Hurricanes in the Eastern Conference Finals.

But if the B’s are going to win in Game 4, they’ll have to do so without Chris Wagner, who is undergoing testing for a hand injury suffered in the third period of Game 3.

Chris Wagner is out for Game 4 and already back in Boston for further testing on his right arm after blocking a shot at the end of Game 3. The fear is that he’s done for the rest of the postseason.

Wagner blocked a shot from Justin Faulk at the end of the third period which you can see below:

Wagner has been a big piece for the Bruins in these playoffs and he scored the first goal in the 2-1 win in Game 3. Noel Acciari will take his place in the lineup.

Game 4 from Raleigh is Thursday night and we’ll have it at 7:30 on AM 960 The Zone.
