The Boston Bruins moved one win closer to the Stanley Cup Finals on Tuesday, topping the Carolina Hurricanes, 2-1, to take a 3-0 series lead in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Tuukka Rask made 35 stops and the Boston Bruins beat the Carolina Hurricanes 2-1 to take a commanding 3-0 series lead.
Boston scored first, taking a 1-0 lead in the second period on a goal by Chris Wagner, and then they added to it with a power play goal by Brad Marchand. Carolina scored later in the second to make it 2-1 and then generated multiple scoring chances with a chance to tie, but were unable to convert.
Tuukka Rask had 35 saves in the win and Game 4 from Raleigh will be Thursday night.
