Butler, Amendola Leave Pats on Eve of Free Agency (AUDIO)

NFL free agency doesn’t officially open until Wednesday, but we are hearing reports of several deals that are going to get done and we are getting terms as well.

Some of those moves that are being reported have big impacts on the Patriots, including this one:

The #Titans are signing CB Malcolm Butler on a 5-year contract worth more than $61M with more than $30M guaranteed, source said. Wow.

Butler will be reunited with Logan Ryan, who left the Pats last offseason. Also, wide receiver Danny Amendola is leaving for the Miami Dolphins and is getting a 2-year deal with $8.25 million guaranteed (up to $12 million).


–Quarterback Kirk Cousins is signing with the Vikings for 3 years/$84 million.
–QB Case Keenum is signing with the Broncos.
–QB Sam Bradford is signing with the Cardinals for 1 year/$20 million.
–QB Josh McCown is signing with the Jets for 1 year/$10 million.
–RB Johnathan Stewart is signing with the Giants.
–RB Isaiah Crowell is signing with the Jets.
–WR Paul Richardson is signing with the Redskins for 5 years/$40 million.
–WR Sammy Watkins is signing with the Chiefs for 3 years/$48 million
–TE Jimmy Graham is signing with the Green Bay Packers on a three-year deal
