The NBA’s second-biggest offseason drama (behind LeBron James’s decision to go to LA) is now officially over as the Spurs have traded Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green to the Toronto Raptors for DeMar DeRozan, Jakob Poetl and a 2019 draft pick.

DeRozan had three years and $83 million left on his deal with Toronto and San Antonio will absorb that money now.
Leonard is a major risk for the Raptors, who were the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference before being swept by the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference semifinals. He’s a free agent at the end of the season and has indicated he wants to sign with the Lakers.
